All products, except those mentioned below*, purchased through Robert Craig Salon Products or through a Robert Craig Home Party Consultant carry a 30 day money back or exchange guarantee. Items purchased through a Home Party Consultant must be returned directly to them. It is important that any returns or exchanges be made within this 30 day period. If payment is made by credit card, a credit is issued to your credit card or if payment is made by check a check will be issued to you. If PayPal is used you will be credited through them. The reimbursement will be for the amount of the item(s) minus shipping. We do not reimburse for return shipping costs. If an incorrect item is shipped, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund and send you a return shipping label that includes return postage. *Please Note We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used or opened hair color, highlight kits or the Colorfix.
